Draft for review. Have a lawyer check this page against GDPR, India's DPDP Act 2023 and the health-data rules of each country you launch in.
What we collect
- Account details from the service you sign in with (Google, Apple, Microsoft, GitHub, Discord or X): your name, email and that service's account id. Saluvo has no passwords.
- Health information you choose to give: questions, family profiles (name, year of birth, conditions, allergies, medicines), report and medicine photos, and reminders.
- A random guest id in a cookie, so guests can try Saluvo within a daily limit. Guest chats and files are not stored.
How it is used
- To answer your questions and read your files. Your question and files are sent to our AI provider (WaveSpeed AI, which routes to models from Google and DeepSeek) only to produce the answer.
- Files sent to the AI provider are kept by it for up to 7 days and then deleted.
- We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your health data to train AI models.
Your choices
- Download everything we hold about you from Settings, at any time.
- Delete a chat, report, medicine, reminder or family member individually, or delete your whole account from Settings.
- Adding a family member's health information means you have their permission, or are their guardian.
Messages you send us
If you contact us through the partner, investor or press forms, we keep your name, email, organisation and message so we can reply, and use them for nothing else.
