Saluvo is not a doctor

Saluvo gives general health information produced by AI. It can be wrong. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace a qualified doctor. Always talk to a doctor about diagnosis and treatment, and never delay care because of something Saluvo said.

Emergencies

Saluvo is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (for example 911, 112, 999 or 000). If you are thinking about harming yourself, contact a local crisis line (find one at findahelpline.com) or your emergency number.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You can add children and other family members as profiles you manage.

Credits and payments

Signed-in use is paid with credits bought in one-time packs. There is no subscription and credits don't expire. Payments are processed by Fungies. Guests can ask a few questions a day for free.

Fair use

• Guest questions and requests per minute are limited to keep Saluvo fast and fair for everyone.
• Don't upload other people's health information without their permission.
• Don't try to break, overload or scrape the service.
